Prove It! Is based on an in person workshop that Dr Rob Schutze has given to help yoga teachers understand research. It is a lot better in person! But the basics are here to help you understand, for example why and RCT is more powerful than an anecdote. To help yoga grow and become integrated and accepted form of complementary care, perhaps with more funding and ability to access yoga teachers and trainers need to be aware of and possibly even contribute to the evidence base for yoga.
